Our clients create the requested product specific parameters and receive tradeable and comparable live quotes for the customized structured products from participating issuers and can trade directly and in realtime on the platform. All issued structured products are securitized and can either be private placements or listed
on Scoach®. Clearing and settlement of the issued structured products are processed as delivery versus payment (DVP) through an approved CCCP (Central Clearing Counterparty, e.g. SIX SIS AG).
Derivative.com acts as an introducing broker. The transaction itself is directly done between issuers (sellside) and wealth managers (buyside) without having an account with Derivative.com AG. Payment and delivery instructions can be completely processed through existing client and custodian bank setups.
