Derivative.com AG is a swiss based company offering an online platform to compare pricings for customized structured products and to trade in primary market on best execution principles. The platform offers in Switzerland and Fürstentum Liechtenstein a meta-view of pricings provided by a multitude of issuers/investment banks, similar to
“ebookers.com” in travel industry.
Derivative.com AG has been founded in 2010 by Derivative Partners Holding (www.derivativepartners.com) and is an independent service provider fully owned by Derivative Partners Holding, by the management and by private investors.

Stephan Engel, born 1973, joined Derivative.com as Managing Director in 2010. Prior he headed the distribution of web-tools for customized structured products at EFG Financial Products and at Bank Vontobel. He started his career as a strategy consultant at Mitchell Madison Group and at Booz & Co with a focus on banking projects. He graduated in Law (lic. iur.) and Physics (M.Sc.) at University of Bern and as CIIA (AZEK).

Felix Grisard

Felix Grisard, born 1968, is CEO of HIAG AG of Riehen, a management company that operates a number of shareholdings and a pension fund. The holdings include a major real estate company and three companies mainly involved in trading (primarily wood products). Felix Grisard was awarded the title of Dr. oec. HSG in St.Gallen, and worked for 2 1/2 years with the Boston Consulting Group prior to joining the HIAG Group in 1998.

Eric Wasescha

Eric Wasescha, born 1973, is founder and CEO of Derivative Partners Holding Ltd. He began his career at Bank Sarasin and completed his studies in business administration 1999 (Betriebsökonom HWV). Thereafter he concentrated his efforts on building up Derivative Partners. In 2006 he was one of the founders of the Swiss Structured Products Association where he was mandated as part-time Managing Director until 2011.

Enrico Friz

Enrico Friz, born 1962, has been partner in the Banking & Finance Team of Walder Wyss Ltd, one of the leading law firms in Switzerland, since 1998. His practice focuses on investment products and capital markets as well as financing transactions. Since 2007, Enrico heads the legal & regulation section of the Swiss Structured Products Association

Daniel Hefti

Daniel Hefti, born 1960, Founding Partner & CEO of Neue Helvetische Bank. After completing his studies in Banking Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen, he worked for banks and auditing companies and graduated as a Swiss Certified Chartered Accountant. In 2000, he joined Swissfirst Group (today Bellevue Group) as Chief Financial Officer, where he remained for eight years.

Robert Zimmermann

Robert Zimmermann, born 1975, is a founding partner at Schulthess- Zimmermann Executive Search. Prior to that Robert was at Goldman Sachs in Zurich and London, in his last role he was Head Public Distribution for Switzerland. Robert holds an MA degree in Economics and Management from the University of St Gallen (HSG). Robert is a CFA charterholder and Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
